overall very nice with minor flaws. I would love it if the pillow was greatest towards the back to tilt a little reception towards me. It's clearly fake wood, but reaches the general appearance of wood. gets a bit now, but not as hot as you would sit on my lap. the biggest problem is with the placement of the phone and the wrist support. for the wrist pillow line up my right hand to the touch pad of my laptop, the computer needs to sit slightly left on the desk.
